Terms and Conditions
Lesson Cancellations - must be made by the Pupil directly with the instructor at least 2 full days before the start of the lesson (including weekends and bank holidays) otherwise lesson fees may be charged .
Lesson Timings - Location and duration of individual lessons shall be agreed between the instructor and the pupil in advance.
Payment - payment for lessons shall be in on the day of the lesson or in advance if block booking. Payment can be by cash (exact money where possible) or by Cheque payable to Gordon O'Neill.
Rearrangement - The instructor shall reserve the right to re-arrange any appointment with a minimum notice of 2 hours, to a time convenient to both parties if the instructor is not available for any reason whatsoever.
